History of Shira

Shira is a local government area that is situated in Bauchi state, northeast geopolitical zone of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The headquarters of the local government are in the town of Yana and the local government area is made up of several villages and towns and such as Gallari, Bakul, Dunmagari, Taru, Yana, Zabi, Ligadi, Bulkalori, and Malori.
