Arochukwu Local Government Area sometimes known as Arochukwu or Aro Oke-Igbo, is the third largest local government area in Abia State (after Aba and Umuahia) in southeastern Nigeria and the homeland of the Igbo subgroup.

Arochukwu is a city as well as a local government area located in Abia state, Southeast Nigeria.
